To use the Web Portal, users will need a computer with the following minimum features:
- IBM® compatible with a 1000 MHz processor running Windows 2000, XP, or
- Apple Macintosh® with a 500 MHz processor running OSXv10.2.0 or higher
- 128 Mb of RAM
- 1024 x 768 pixel display or higher
- Internet access
- sound card
Software
Users will also need the following software/plug-ins installed on their computer:
- Internet Explorer® 6.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox® 1.5 or higher, or Safari 1.3 or higher
- Microsoft® Word or a similar word processing program
- Adobe® Flash Player 8 or above. If you haven’t got this plug-in, you can download and install the latest free version from Adobe’s web site (www.adobe.com).
- Adobe® PDF Reader 6.0 or above, which can be downloaded at www.adobe.com.
To get the latest plug-ins:

Windows Media Player, Flash or
Acrobat
Word processing
This web portal contains links to Word documents and PDF files. Download these files to your computer by clicking the link. If you have problems opening the file, right-click the mouse (press CTRL and click on a Macintosh) and select "Save target as..." or "Save link as...". Then, save the file to a location on your computer.
